‘INSPIRE-d’ Dodgeball at the Co-op Academy

Congratulations to all teams playing in the INSPIRE Dodgeball at the Co-op Academy. There was a great atmosphere and the games were played with passion and great teamwork, which showed in the feedback:-

 

“Charlestown didn’t give up & kept going”

“Charlestown showed everyone great respect”

“Oasis Harpur Mount shook hands and one player lasted all game on her own”

“Lily Lane really wanted to win”

“St Malachy’s said ‘well done’ and ‘good game’ to our team”

“St Malachy’s played a fair game”

“Abbott tried their best to win the match”

“St John’s were very honest and passionate about each game”

“Crab Lane showed great passion to win”

“St Clare’s all shook hands with a smile at the end”

“Abbott all worked together and threw all at the same time”

“Abbott didn’t give up even when most players were out”

“Plymouth Grove tried really hard”

“Crumpsall Lanewere friendly and smiled at our team”

 

The Spirit of the Games winner was St Malachy’s with 148 points, with St Clare’s and Charlestown in 2nd and 3rd place.

The competition winners were Lily Lane, with St Malachy’s in 2nd and Crab Lane in 3rd place.

A special thanks to Miss Atkinson and to the Sports Leaders from the Co-op Academy who were fantastic! They showed their knowledge and expertise and led the refereeing with maturity and enthusiasm.
