13 v 13 does involve a scrum to restart play. These are usually passive scrums so there won’t be any pushing. The scrum consists of: 3 players in the front row, 2 in the second and 1 at the back, with a scrum half to feed the scrum. The defensive team will also have a scrum half present at the scrum. |
