| Squad / teams | Inspire competition aimed at children with limited confidence/competence at this sport. Designed for all participants to take part and to suit and develop their abilities.
Tag rugby is played between teams of eight players, from a squad of 12 which must be made up with a minimum of 4 from each sex, with at least of two from each sex playing at once.
