Build body confidence in your students

Dove’s Self-Esteem Project are offering schools and parents an incredibly versatile set of resources that include lesson plans, presentations, activity sheets and parent guides.

The resources are 100% free and help young people to build and protect confidence in themselves and others.

Thousands of schools have downloaded Dove’s Confident Me Resources to tackle self-esteem in the classroom. The evidence-based resources, created by body image experts, are adapted to your in-school timetable and will keep the class engaged.

Choose from either their single-session workshop or 5-session workshops, both underpinned by uplifting supporting videos, worksheets and presentations.

Dove has teamed up with body-positive activist, Megan Jayne Crabbe (@bodyposipanda). Together they have created a series of educational and uplifting videos, to help young people feel confident.

The 3-episode content series focuses on key themes such as Wellbeing at home, Using social media wisely and Building body confidence.
